Toby joined Rogue in 2017 and is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is a lifelong trail user who avidly enjoys paddling, hiking and mountain biking. Toby utilizes his environmental science and land management background in the construction of sustainable multi-use trails. He holds a degree in Env. Science from UCA. Toby currently serves as the Chair of the Arkansas Trails Council.
